1. Greek Salad – Classic & Aromatic
Ingredients: Tomatoes, cucumbers, feta cheese, red onions, green olives, oregano, olive oil.
Chop everything roughly, season with oil and oregano – done.
2. Pasta with basil olive oil
Cook pasta, add a handful of olives (stuffed or plain), fresh basil and our basil olive oil .
A simple, yet incredibly aromatic dish.
3. Mediterranean Mezze Platter
Perfect for guests.
Combine:

4. Garlic olives on warm bread
Lightly toast the oven-baked bread, brush it with our garlic olive oil and sprinkle a few marinated olives on top.

5. Lemon-Oregano Potatoes (Patates Lemonates)
Cut the potatoes into small pieces, mix with lemon oil , oregano, salt and pepper, and roast in the oven.
Result: crispy on the outside, soft on the inside – typically Greek.
