Our Story

For me (owner: Victoria Zacharakis), NeStOlives is more than a family business – it's a passion project. From the beginning, I have worked closely with small, trusted producers in Greece who create their products with genuine dedication and traditional craftsmanship. Everything is made without chemicals, far from mass production, and processed with great care – just as it has been for generations.

I dedicate the same attention to our homemade salts and exquisite natural products. Made from selected raw materials, they reflect the unspoiled nature of the landscape, respect for nature, and a love for craftsmanship. Each blend, each natural product is created in small batches and follows our commitment to purity, quality, and authenticity.

For me, it's not just about the product, but the person behind it. Every product is personally selected and tested by me before it becomes part of my range. My aim is to pass on only what I would give to my own family: natural, honest, and with attention to detail.
