Ingredients (2–3 servings)

  • 400 g potatoes

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 50 g evaporated milk or cream

  • 40 g butter (room temperature)

  • 10 g black garlic, chopped

  • Salt & pepper


Preparation

  1. Place potatoes and garlic cloves in a pot, cover with water, lightly salt, and cook until potatoes are tender.

  2. Drain water and mash potatoes and garlic finely.

  3. Stir butter, milk or cream into the hot mash.

  4. Fold in chopped black garlic.

  5. Season with salt and pepper and serve with fresh parsley.
