400 g potatoes

2 cloves garlic

50 g evaporated milk or cream

40 g butter (room temperature)

10 g black garlic, chopped

Salt & pepper
Preparation

Place potatoes and garlic cloves in a pot, cover with water, lightly salt, and cook until potatoes are tender.

Drain water and mash potatoes and garlic finely.
