Through fermentation, black garlic develops a mild, slightly sweet aroma with intense umami notes. The delicate pearls ensure an elegant presentation and add a luxurious gourmet touch to dishes.

Ingredients: Black garlic (30%), agave syrup (20%), brewed coffee (10%), agar-agar, water, spices (cinnamon, cloves, coriander, allspice, cardamom, ginger, nutmeg, and star anise), sunflower oil, edible gold (E175).

May contain traces of mustard.
